Ocean View Villa

Welcome to Banbou Terrace! "Banbou" is the Lucian Creole word for "bamboo" and is a national symbol for St. Lucia as it grows tall and in abundance here in the tropics. Our property is 3 stories high and allows you to see above the tree tops to the ocean--from Savannes Bay all the way to Vieux Fort.

The property sits on 2,000 square feet of land, consisting of a lounging deck, multiple balconies, a rooftop terrace, and a pool.

Our Ocean View Villa features a kitchen with new and efficient appliances, complete with custom built cabinets. The living spaces are an open concept, making it easy to socialize with all of your guests. Enjoy your meals in our dining room, which has a large table that seats 6 (or if you prefer--take your meals upstairs to the rooftop terrace to indulge in the views of paradise under a shady pergola at an oversized picnic table!) After eating, relax on our cozy L-shaped couch and stream a movie or show of choice on our 55 inch screen TV. Admire the wall art that reflects the region, with influences of bright colors and local attractions.

There are two air conditioned bedrooms, both with a firm, king sized bed, notably soft sheets, a TV with streaming privileges, and custom built drawers and armoires. Our bathrooms are large, each with a spacious, sliding glass door shower. *One of the bedrooms is a master and has an attached master bathroom.

*Accessibility: In order to attain the best views (and also follow typical Caribbean dwellings built to withstand hurricanes), our property has flights of stairs. One flight of stairs is required to reach the first terrace, balcony and Pool View Villas. Two flights of stairs are required to reach the Ocean View Villa and balcony. Four flights of stairs are required to reach the rooftop terrace (with the most stunning views!) We do not have elevator access, as this is not typical of housing in the Caribbean.
